Adrian Ramirez is a CCIM Designee and licensed Texas broker with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He leads Black Rock CRE's acquisitions, investment sales, and advisory practice with a focus on hotel investments and major-flag developments across Texas.
Adrian holds an MBA from Rice University and a BA from Texas A&M International. Fluent in English and Spanish, he serves clients across Houston, the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Corpus Christi, and Fredericksburg markets.
René A. Alcalá Salinas
René serves as Vice President at Black Rock CRE, leading client relationships and deal execution across the firm's Texas markets. He partners directly with investors, developers, and operators on acquisitions, dispositions, and advisory engagements.
